Refund Eligibility
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 2 days from the date of purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The course must not have been accessed or completed.
- You must provide proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation.
Non-Refundable Courses
Please note that certain courses may be exempt from refunds including:
- Courses that have been partially or fully accessed.
- Courses purchased as part of a promotional offer or bundle.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations only partial refunds may be granted:
- If you have accessed course materials but request a refund within the 2-day window.
- Any course that is not in its original condition is damaged or has missing components due to reasons not attributable to upcourses.org.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request please follow these steps:

- Proof of Purchase: Include your receipt or proof of purchase in your email.
Once your request is received we will review it and notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved it will be processed within a certain number of days; a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet please check the following:
- Review your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank as there can often be processing delays…

Sale Items
Only regular-priced courses are eligible for refunds; courses purchased during sales or promotional events are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Currently we do not offer exchanges for courses once they have been purchased and accessed.
