2. Course Submission

3. Course Ownership and Licensing

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your course content. However, by submitting your course to UpCourses.org, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your course materials for the purpose of promoting and delivering the course on our platform.
• Content Updates: You may update your course content at any time. Please inform us of any significant changes to ensure accurate representation on our platform.

4. Compensation

• Revenue Share: Instructors will receive 70% of the revenue generated from sales of their courses on UpCourses.org.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Instructors will be able to withdraw their earnings only after the balance in their UpCourses.org account is equal to or exceeds $200 USD.
• Payment Terms: Payments will be processed according to our payment schedule. Instructors are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

5. Instructor Conduct

• Professionalism: Instructors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully while interacting with students and other instructors on the platform.
• Communication: Promptly respond to student inquiries and provide support as needed. Maintain a positive learning environment for all students.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You warrant that your course does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Instructors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright laws regarding their content.

7. Termination

UpCourses.org reserves the right to remove any course or terminate an instructor’s account at any time for violations of these terms or any other policies in place on our platform, including but not limited to the platform’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpCourses.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or inability to access them.

9. Changes to Terms
